A little bit of everything…

The primary focus is to building foundations in Gymnastics, Tumbling and Aerial Circus Arts. Tumble tracks, Trapeze, Aerial hoop, Aerial fabric, individual acro skills, Agility, Strength training, Balance, Flexibility.

Participants are divided into training groups based on experience and age. Beginners to intermediate athletes will love this program. As students progress, they can choose to move into our other more specialized programs.
