Pre team is a great start for athletes new to Acrobatic Gymnastics.

The primary focus is to the build foundations of the individual gymnast.

Individual skills, Agility, Strength training, Balance, Flexibility.  

Athletes at this level do not compete, but are working towards our competitive programs.

Training  Options

(1 or 2 hrs a week):

  • Mondays 5:00 to 6:00 (full)
  • Tuesdays 4:00 to 5:00
  • Wednesdays 5:00 to 6:00 (full) 
  • Saturdays 2:00 - 3:00
  • Saturdays 3:00 - 4:00
