Preparing athletes for a national and international standard. Athletes are challenged both physically and mentally in a very demanding sport. Each partnership is working towards 2 to 3 routines based on their competition level. With hard work comes many rewards.
New athletes are accepted thru out the year, but late starters can not be guaranteed a partnership right away. All athletes in these programs are assessed to make sure they are in the correct place for their development.
Year round program: August to July - modified training schedule in summer.
(due to the team nature of the sport commitment, and regular attendance is necessary to produce success.)
