In this level the expectations and volume increase form our recreational classes. Athletes work hard towards attending a mix of events, training camps, and competitions. This is a true team sport as we form partnerships and routines during the season. The skills get bigger and more exciting.
New athletes are accepted thru out the year, but late starters can not be guaranteed a partnership right away. All athletes in these programs are assessed to make sure they are in the correct place for their development.
Training (6 hrs a week):
- Monday 5:30 to 7:30
- Wednesdays 5:30 to 7:30
- Sundays 2:00 to 4:00
10 month program (Sept – June) with limited summer training opportunities.
