Preparing athletes for a national and international standard. Athletes are challenged both physically and mentally in a very demanding sport. Each partnership is working towards 2 to 3 routines based on their competition level. With hard work comes many rewards.
New athletes are accepted thru out the year, but late starters can not be guaranteed a partnership right away. All athletes in these programs are assessed to make sure they are in the correct place for their development.

Acro Team – Training (9 hrs a week):
- Tuesdays 5:30 to 8:30
- Thursdays 5:30 to 8:30
- Sundays 4:00 to 7:00 pm
Acro International – Training (11 hrs a week):
- Tuesdays 5:30 to 8:30
- Wednesday 6:30 to 8:30
- Thursdays 5:30 to 8:30
- Sundays 4:00 to 7:00 pm
