Getting athletes ready for national and international excellence is our primary goal. Our athletes face rigorous physical and mental challenges in this demanding sport. Every partnership is dedicated to perfecting 2 to 3 routines tailored to their competition level. The path to success is paved with hard work, leading to numerous rewards.
We welcome new athletes throughout the year; however, we cannot always guarantee immediate partnerships for late starters. All athletes in our programs undergo thorough assessments to ensure they are placed correctly for their development journey.

Acro Team – Training (9 hrs a week):
- Tuesdays 5:30 to 8:30
- Thursdays 5:30 to 8:30
- Sundays 4:00 to 7:00 pm
Acro International – Training (11 hrs a week):
- Tuesdays 5:30 to 8:30
- Wednesday 5:30 to 8:30
- Thursdays 5:30 to 8:30
- Sundays 4:00 to 7:00 pm
