Jr & Sr Team:

At this level, expectations and intensity elevate from our recreational classes. Athletes dedicate themselves to a blend of events, training camps, and competitions, striving for excellence. This is a genuine team endeavor, where partnerships and routines are crafted throughout the season. Skills evolve, becoming more dynamic and thrilling.

While we welcome new athletes year-round, immediate partnerships for late starters cannot be guaranteed. Every athlete in these programs undergoes evaluation to ensure they are placed appropriately for their developmental journey.

Jr Team (5 hrs a week):

  • Monday & Wednesdays

10 month program (Sept – June) with limited summer training opportunities.

Sr Team ( 9hrs a week)

  • Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday

10 month program (Sept – June) with limited summer training opportunities.
