No prior experience is needed for this camp and any participants with prior training will be accommodated.

Camp Bounce

Camp Bounce

This is an Trampoline Camp. Bum drops, swivel hips, stomach drops, up to flips - all skills are taught on professional equipment by qualified Trampoline coaches.

Flips – We get asked all the time to teach flips, which we are happy to do so when the athlete is ready. Safety is a priority and no short cuts on technique.

This is an advanced Skills camp for Acro dancers

    • Left and Right aerials
    • Hand springs – front and back
    • Flips – front and back
    • Advanced hand balancing techniques
  • ages: 8 – 15
  • Mon – Thursday 1/2 day Camp

Prior experience is needed for this camp. Students should be successfully able to compete the following: Left and Right Splits all the way, Back walk overs from stand, Hand stand for 10 sec.
